This location is always fantastic! We love taking the kids and having a family meal. Prices are great and the staff is always wonderful and on top of things. We have never had a bad server, they are always so pleasant and efficient. And you can't beat the yummy bottomless fries!! :-D My fav is the FIERY GHOST STYLE TAVERN DOUBLE, but I just tried the GENISYS BURGER and it was delicious, but is only available for a little while longer. If you like spicy, those are my recommendations!

Love is a many splendored thing... Actually love is a medium grilled burger, with thick bacon and over easy egg on top with a little pile of crispy fries on the side. The wife at a chicken salad. She said it was great. She also had a cocorita (cross between pina and marga), not my thing, but she like it. All and all, as alway, great food, fun place, great service. One of the better casual dinning chains - in my humble opinion. Will I come back? Does a fat man finish a mountain of a burger and dream of a double the next time? The answer to these questions and more, next time on my little yelp account.

I had fond memories of Red Robin, but hadn't dined in for a while. I was craving a good burger and great steak fries, so this is where I ended up. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The place didn't seem to busy aside from a large group outside. We were seated in a booth right by the window where orders are popped out of the kitchen- which is perhaps not the best spot (because you see the food sitting there and sitting there). After an abnormally long wait, our waiter came to take our order. He was polite, but clearly had his hands full with something else somewhere else (though again, this place seemed dead). We ordered two burgers- the Chophouse and the Whiskey River. Thirty minutes later, they came out with the "bottomless steak fries" which in reality are about seven french fries in a small silver ring. One burger was warm and juicy- the Chophouse. The other was dead- not really the fault of the flavors, but it seemed to have been sitting a long time. At some point we were offered more "bottomless steak fries" that never materialized. Again, seeing the window doesn't really help, but watching countless stacks of fries going to the group outside made it clear we were taking backseat to a bigger party. What's worse is the waiter offered a lie that the fries just were not ready quite yet. Watching what happened though, you'd quickly realize that it came down to which waiter could snag fries as they left the kitchen. Not ours. Not until we had paid and were leaving. One burger was good. One was cold and dead. And I got a few french fries. Not nearly worth the price tag.

Pretty good. Pricey for the quality of food served and service rendered by the wait staff though.

We've tried this restaurant several times, but this is it, we won't be back. Food is ok, but not great for the premium prices they charge. Our complaint has always been the service, it is very slow, and always mistakes on the orders.

Only place in town with a decent garden burger. They updated the menu recently and I will definitely have to come back to try more new menu items. The bruschetta chicken sandwich looks intriguing. I like that the new menu has lots of pictures. The atmosphere here is so fun which is why it's fun to come here when you are celebrating something! The friendliness and service level of the staff is consistently decent. I wouldn't say it's really great service that I come here for, but I like that it's consistent. What I really come here for is the juicy burgers, onion rings, and let's be honest who doesn't love bottomless fries (especially red robin fries which are hearty, properly seasoned, and always hot)!

My cousin and I went here for lunch on a whim. We ordered the Keep it simple; two fire grilled burgers with sides. She substituted broccoli with hers. I got fries and requested my burger mustard only. I also ordered a glass of moscato wine and she chose an apple hard cider. The wait staff was very friendly and our food arrived quickly. My burger was prepared just the way I like it and my table mate approved of her meal as well. We plan to come back.

Continue to come back but I think this is the last tine, service was very slow. The table next to us got snack fries and when our burgers arrives we had like 5 fries per plate. Was never asked if we wanted more just assumed we did not the neighbors were served four bags of refills and we couldn't get a soda or tea refill. Oh the burger was dry and taste the same as a Mcdonald quarter pounder. Not with the 8.99 and 259 drink.

Burgers are good, not great and over priced. The service is the same as the food. OK not great. Sadly it could be so much more but in the end falls short.

This was only my second time eating at Red Robin's. I wasn't overly impressed my first time, but I decided to give it another try. I was seated right away in the bar area and the bartender was quick at getting me my first drink. As he got busier throughout the night, he wasn't as attentive, but he was apologetic and made up for it by giving me a deal on my last drink that took a long time to come. As far as the food goes, my burger was great. Not the best burger ever, but it was great for the price. And the fries were great!

I am a big RR fan. My kid loves it so there you go. This location seems nice enough and as usual the bar is set up well and has great big tvs so I can watch the soccer match. On the other hand, the 3 stars relates directly to the red white and blue salad (walnuts, apples, cranberry s, you know the one) or rather the 2 star salad that got dragged up to 3 by the nice atmosphere. Chicken was great, but I needed to see more walnuts. The whole thing was drowning in so much mayonnaise dressing I had to flip the lettuce around to find suitably thick pieces of the good stuff to dig.out. DRESSING ON THE SIDE FOLKS. Im not finished with The Robin by any means, I just need to remember dressing on the side or suck it up and get the burger and go salad another time.

Prime rib dip big enough for two. Garlic Parmesan fries. My fave if I don't get the Sweet Potato fries.

If I could I would give this location a negative star I ate at red robin all the time when I lived in Indiana and it was great and I never minded paying $10 for a burger because it was fresh juicy pink and as big as my head this location must have cut cost by chopping burger portions I would have been better off going to mcdonalds and saving $20 the waitress was very attentive and food came out fast but prolly because the the burger is paper thin

Not crowded like the one back home in CA. Ordered a red zombie and I swear there was no alcohol in it.... Food was good though... As expected.

While the burgers are always delicious, Red Robin just isn't a "five star" restaurant. You can always find a burger or chicken sangwich to suit your tastes, but there is always something lacking about the experience as a whole. The bottomless fries are best when dipped in their Campfire Sauce and a fair sprinkle of the custom RR salt is applied! Onion rings there are overrated, in my opinion. P.S. Get the A1 Peppercorn burger!!

Although its a franchise, Red Robin has some freaking fantastic hamburgers. Red Robin has a insane list of gourmet hamburgers with different flavors and themes. All Burgers come with their own delicious bottomless steak fries. These steak fries are hazardously good. They have a full bar however this is also a great place for kids. I have had a few different burgers here, but my last visit I had the Whiskey River BBQ Burger. Everything about this burger screams deliciousness. Cheddar cheese, their own signature bbq sauce, shredded lettuce, fried onion strands and mayo. The fried onion strands are so CRAZY good you head will explode like confetti cannon on New Years Eve. They have a couple of burgers that they put the fried onion stands on and the really makes the burgers so much better. I love it. Make sure you get a burger with these on it. All the ingredients on the burger are so fresh and will give you a beautiful burger experience. The Bottomless Steak Fries are extremely delicious and the fact that you can have as much as you can eat is even better. If you love burgers, go eat here. You won't be disappointed.

I just want to say, this is my FAV. place to eat. period. I have never been disappointed in any of the 26 different burgers they offer. My absolute favorite has to be the Royal. This burger has bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the kicker...an egg. Its ridiculous. When you add in the bottomless steak fries, its hard to imagine why I don't weigh 600 pounds. Get a milkshake, you'll actually get a little more than 2 servings in one order. Get the mud pie, one person won't finish the peanut buttery, chocolate cookie, vanilla ice cream goodness. For their burgers, you name it, they got it. Regular, veggie, chicken, turkey.

I've eaten there twice and had the hamburger both times and was disappointed both times. The wait staff did a good job but I won't be going back.

A burger is a burger is a burger. If it's done horribly I'd give it 1 star but as far as burgers go 3 stars is the best I'd give. *as previously mentioned by another yelper* RR's burgers offer many different toppings and their parmesean garlic fries are addictive. This isn't a place that anyone should eat at regularly, as every meal has over 2,000 calories. Service is always poor and the alcoholic drinks are poorly made.

Ratings inflation seems to have hit again when it comes to the local Red Robn reviews. I can't understand how the key menu item -- a hamburger -- would merit anything above an "A-OK" three-star mention. The basic burger is pretty bland and unseasoned (although not as bland as the one at the new Dave & Buster's). We've found our experiences at Red Robin to be loud and our waitstaffs to be over-zealous (which IS a step up from "under-zealous," I admit). It's a fine place and we visit Red Robin from time to time, but five stars worth of fine ... nope, not even close.

So I would not yelp a corporate chain unless the service/food is over the top or completely disgusting. Well the food was average and service was what you would expect from this type of establishment. BUT our server Josh was so yummy... I couldnt help but yelp him. Ahhh to be 19 again.

I think Red Robin is fine for what it is--a place to get nicer than average burgers. I go there for lunch with other people from my company because, like on this Yelp board, some people really love it. But I just have a problem with getting a burger, fries and a drink and having that cost $13 or so. Overpriced and corporate.

I've eaten at Red Robin three or four times with business associates or my family. I enjoyed the food every time. The service was lacking only one time. Overall, at the time of this review, I believe Red Robin deserves a 4 star rating. I'm going to grab a burger from there today or tomorrow.

I always say that you can't go wrong by piling anything on a burger. I have always liked red robin even if I don't like the price tag that comes with. Having said that I usually try to eat enough all you can eat fries to make up for the rest.

This is a great place for gourmet burgers. I have tried their crispy chicken burger, Jerk Chicken burger and Turkey Burgers. They were all great and cooked to perfection. Also, their tower of onion ring's is always mouthwatering. We like to go there often.
